Jobs Current vacancies Image Group Account Director (Moskow) We are looking for an HEAD OF OFFICE / GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (with the opportunity to become General Director within a timeframe of one year). GENERAL TASK: As the Head of Office of our Moscow branch (first in a position as Group Account Director) you will be working closely with our General Director, whom you will directly report to. You will be the main administrative contact person for our Russian related business, our customers and employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Main contact person for all administrative and operational sequences, esp. the management of our Russian employees • Management and development of team staff (15-20 employees) • Act as primary contact person to our Russian client’s • Supervising the creation and presentation of event (and promotion) concepts including the implementation • Make recommendations on improving internal controls and efficiency • Active collaboration with our other international project teams REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 3-5 years experience on the job • Sense of responsibility, commitment, ambition and professionalism • Team spirit, motivation and tolerance to stress • Excellent writing skills in Russian and fluent in written and spoken English PERSONAL SKILLS: • Confidentiality, responsibility and initiative • Excellent prioritisation, organising and time management skills • Excellent leadership qualities • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines • Attention to detail and written communication • Cross-cultural work experience • Russian mother tongue • Fluent Business English Please refer all applications with coverletter, CV and references to: hr@avantgarde.de Image Image Image Image Image Image
