If you’re invited for an interview you’ll be given a practical task to prepare in advance.
For example, we could ask you to develop your very own Ego-brand idea.
Or we could challenge you to prepare a plan to raise awareness for your favourite brand.
Sometimes we will describe a real life agency scenario, like a client meeting where you are unexpectedly on your own. It’s good to hear how you think you would deal with the situation.
Alternatively, we’ll set you a more demanding style of brief such as promoting a very modern TV show about history.

Think it’s all about making coffee and photocopying? Think again! That’s not our style.
