Development of an awareness building concept for the Khalifa Park. Avantgarde activated this unique site with special events and attractions that catered for the whole family and symbolised the multi-nationality of the UAE. Development of a high quality event calendar included detailed programme and event timetables divided into three activity groups: Health, Education and Entertainment.

KHALIFA PARK
Conception and realization of the opening and closing ceremony for the third annual Middle East Film Festival at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. Exclusive event for international VIP guests and speakers such as Hilary Swank, Eva Mendes and Orlando Bloom. Avantgarde implemented a hospitality tent as a venue for screenings, performances and panels, including a private lounge and screening room for VIPs.

FILMFESTIVAL
The Twofour54 Media Zone is an initiative by the Abu Dhabi government to create an Arabic media and entertainment industry for the Middle East. Avantgarde created the pre-launch event with 200 media representatives, 50 Media Zone partners, 50 VIP guests and Sheikh Mohammed Al Nahyan.
Work also included the creation of a 360-degree movie and organization of the main launch event (1,200 visitors) with local musicians/DJs and a Duran Duran concert.
