Guido started at Avantgarde as a brand promoter in 1993 and worked his way up to Managing Partner.
He studied sport science at the German Sport University Cologne which has proved a great springboard to enable him to meet the physical demands of his busy travel schedule.
In his spare time he likes to play golf,  but despite he still has a girlfriend!

ROBERT SCHNEIDER

GLOBAL MANAGEMENT, MUNICH

At the age of 15, Robert realized he didn’t have the talent to make it as a soccer star and so decided to become a lawyer.
After 10 years working in sport at media companies such as Axel Springer and Leo Kirch, he founded Avantgarde Sponsoring in 2000.

VERA BÖTTCHER

GLOBAL MANAGEMENT, MUNICH

Vera is a true Avantgarde veteran. She joined the agency in 1999 as a brand promoter. And, despite her subsequent studies in criminal law, she has been with Avantgarde ever since. Today, her job as Managing Director – and the only female board member – satisfies her thirst for adventure as much as her passion for world travel.

MARKUS PFLITSCH

GLOBAL MANAGEMENT, MUNICH

Before financial expert Markus came to Avantgarde, he worked in business development roles for big banks and the Boston Consulting group in North America.

Markus has a diploma in physics resulting in a continued interest in elementary particle physics! In his free time he enjoys cycling and hiking through Munich’s local mountain ranges.

ALEXANDER BOETTCHER

Alexander is a man of many talents. He studied law and mathematics while working as an Avantgarde Promoter. His different skills are reflected by his work at Avantgarde, where he devises both physical and digital solutions. When he is not generating new business,
he is not drumming up business he is reaching higher spheres on either his  kite board or yoga mat.

CHRISTIAN STIPP

NEW BUSINESS, MUNICH

Having built his career in the sports industry Christian relished the challenge of kickstarting the Avantgarde China business in 2004.
Gaining great experience in this fast moving and emerging market, he was able to establish a great team and strong business connections with multinational clients. 
After seven years in Shanghai he is coming back to Munich with his three children and his wife to indulge his passion for skiing and mountain biking.
